The Lord's Place is seeking a full-time individual to provide community engagement activities to reach homeless individuals and families enrolled in PATH (Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness) services in an effort to encourage and educate them about services available to them. The SOAR Specialist will be responsible for screening and assisting qualified homeless applicants in completing and submitting SOAR applications.
